Safe opening

Labour is always included in the price shown. If parts are needed — a new lock, cylinder, or mechanism — those are charged separately, at cost.
We agree the total with you before any work starts. Nothing changes once we're on site.
Where you see a range, it reflects how much the job varies by lock type, security level, and time of day.
A written receipt follows every job.
No charge just to have someone come and look.

When not to call us

If your lock is covered by a home warranty or managed building contract, check those first — you may not need to pay out of pocket. For high-security brand-specific work (Abloy Protec, Medeco, Sargent & Greenleaf safes), we will tell you on the phone if the job is better handled by a certified dealer.

We would rather lose a job than overcharge you or do work that does not need doing.
