Locked out of your home, flat, or office? We arrive in 29 minutes on average. Available day and night, including weekends and bank holidays.
Getting locked out is not a planned event. Most people realise they've left their keys inside after the door shuts, and then the clock starts. We answer the phone immediately and dispatch an engineer straight away.
Our engineers carry the tools to open pin-tumbler, euro cylinder, and mortice locks without damaging the door. In most cases we can enter non-destructively. If the lock is worn or damaged we'll tell you before we start, so you know what to expect.
Non-destructive entry is £99 between 7am and 11pm, and £125 between 11pm and 7am. Drilling or destructive entry — needed for damaged locks or high-security cylinders — runs £120–£299. The price is confirmed on the phone before we arrive, so you won't be surprised.
